Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your eyewear in the original APERÇU case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and authenticity cards are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
